12 night restriction

Booking Method: Members will book via email, to be sent on Tuesday, March 10th 2026.
Booking Limits: Each member may request up to:
- 2 x 5-night midweek bookings
- 1 weekend booking
- These bookings can be made separately or combined into a single 12-night stay.
- Bookings must include full weekends and/or full midweek stays (e.g., no extended 3-night weekends).
- June/July school holiday bookings are limited to a maximum of one week.
Extended Stays: Requests for extended stays can also be submitted during this time.
Preferences: Members should provide their preferred room and date options when submitting requests.
Board Review: The Board will review all Round 1 requests, aiming to accommodate preferences while ensuring fair access for everyone.
Confirmation and Payment: Bookings are confirmed and secured upon credit card payment only. Bank transfers are no longer accepted.

Online bookings open on Tuesday 17th March 2026 at 7pm

No booking restrictions

Booking Method: Online bookings open on Tuesday, March 17th, at 7 PM.
Viewing Availability: Members will be able to see all confirmed Round 1 bookings.
No Limits: There are no restrictions on the number or duration of bookings in Round 2.
Booking Adjustments:
- Members can extend existing bookings (e.g., adding a Sunday night to a weekend stay).
- New bookings can also be made.
Confirmation: Payment is required to lock in bookings.
Room Allocation Adjustments: The Board reserves the right to make adjustments, such as room reallocation, to ensure booking continuity where necessary.

Deadline: Midnight on February 14, 2024.
12 night restriction

Members may request 2 midweek bookings (5 nights each) and 1 weekend booking (2 nights) for themselves, associates, and eligible children.
Options include separate bookings or a combined 12-night stay (excluding school holidays).
Ensure full weekends or midweeks (5 nights) are selected; no 3-night weekends allowed.
June/July school holiday bookings are limited to one week.
Specify room and date preferences; note that availability is not guaranteed.
The Board will meet and consider each booking – making allowance for preferences wherever possible but also trying to ensure that everyone has a fair go.
Successful requests will be booked into the system and an appeal for payment will be triggered. Members will be required to make full payment within 48 hours to confirm the booking.

Online bookings open on Monday 19th February 2024 at 7pm
No booking restrictions

Round 1 bookings will be in the system and can be viewed by all Members.
Additions to existing bookings (e.g., extending a weekend with a single Sunday night) or creating new bookings are allowed.
The standard “Pay to Lock It In” system is in place.
We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments, such as room allocation, for booking continuity.
