Bookings are not secured until full payment is received.
Rooms can be requested; however, no guarantee is provided that you will be allocated a specific room.
If at least one month’s notice of cancellation is given – 100% refund.
If two weeks to one month’s notice – 80% refund.
With less than two weeks’ notice some refund may be payable, if the beds have been re-let.
A full refund applies if you have a medical condition and Doctors certificate (including Covid-19 with proof) and are unfit to travel/ski
